Meditation Center

The establishment of a mediation center provides a platform where disagreements and problems can be heard and resolved with the aid of an impartial third party. Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies has set up a Mediation Center, as there is an increasing role that mediation plays nowadays by catering to all spheres of the society, and also gives a practical exposure to the students pertaining to mediation.

The paramount goal of the mediation center is to carry out an interactive mediation process in which an unbiased third party uses specialized communication and negotiation strategies to assist the parties in achieving their stated goals.
