SC/ST Student Grievance Redressal Cell
The Student Grievance Redressal Cell of Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies seeks to resolve student grievances with the highest integrity standards, impartiality while maintaining confidentiality and providing a quick and efficient resolution.
Objectives
The objectives of the Student Grievance Redressal Cell (SGRC) are:
1. To give students the freedom to speak openly about their problems while staying anonymous.
2. Putting in place a prompt and effective grievance resolution process.
3. Ensuring that students receive the right counselling while the complaint is being addressed.
Functions
1. To examine the grievances the SGRC has received.
2. To evaluate the complaints primarily in light of natural justice principles.
3. To carry out surveys to determine students’ concerns and offer appropriate and practical solutions.
